We are a group of people who lived without great prospects for the future. We were resigned to jobs, which most of the time we didn’t even like and where we worked just to pay our day-to-day bills. Many of us, no matter how dedicated we were, weren’t even valued, because we were just a number in a business structure. We felt a deep dissatisfaction for working so many hours to earn so little, or even earning well, but not having time for our family, because “we traded time for money”.
We realized that we “wore the shirt” of our company to make the dreams of others come true. But we had our dreams closed in the drawer, because we never tried to fulfill them. Because we were educated to choose the path that seems safer, therefore, we were afraid to risk and change the supposed “right, for the uncertain”.
Some of us even risked on starting a business on our own. But we understood that it was too expensive, sometimes an investment of thousands of euros and not always we were prepared to do it without having some financial or strategic support.
WHAT UNITES US?
Have you ever been asked, what would your dream job be if you weren’t dependent on money?
One day we were asked us that question. And we were also asked to define what that job would be like. Our answers were not exactly the same, but they had several points in common. To be masters of our time so that we could have more free time for our family, to be able to work wherever we want. We also wanted a job that recognized us for our performance, that had a career path that allowed us to earn more and more, without having to work more hours and that gave us financial freedom. Also, we thought it would be awesome to be able to work with people we care about and to be able to travel more. We considered that we were already dreaming too much, but to be perfect we would love to help other people to also have a life with purpose and with more quality.
All of us believed for practically all our lives that it was impossible to have an occupation with these characteristics.
Until one day, someone presented us with the opportunity we’ve always dreamed of, in an innovative Portuguese multinational that since 2015 has already made millions of euros. This opportunity is even better than we imagined, as on the one hand it has allowed us an incredible internal transformation through personal development and on the other hand working in the tourism sector that makes trillions of euros annually. This is a fascinating area, as we hardly know anyone who doesn’t like to travel, which means that everyone is a potential customer. In fact, if you notice, most people spend their working months dreaming about the much-desired vacation and sometimes spend months saving money to travel. In addition, it’s amazing to have the feeling that we have the possibility to contribute to the realization of someone’s dreams.
WHAT WE DO?
The company we work with is aware that the world has changed, and more and more people value the opinions of those they know, or even come to ask for suggestions through social networks. Therefore, they decided to bet on advertising using recommendation through a simple system.
If you’re one of those people who thinks: “I don’t know how to sell”, “I don’t know anyone”, or “I don’t want to bother anyone, no problem. Many of us also had these thoughts, before we knew the business well and realized that we will have a team to teach us and aid us on this new path. But later, we realized that after all we were capable, fortunately we didn’t let ourselves be limited by the fears we felt.
In our day to day, we all sell a product, an experience, a service, a concept, or even something that we learnt, and we don’t realize it because we do it in a natural and simple way. But if you think about it, that’s selling. Now imagine that you went away for the weekend, and as you were satisfied you decide to share photos of the hotel or recommend this hotel to a friend. Without realizing it, you are indirectly selling your experience. When we recommend something we like after all, we may be sharing something that interests someone else.
Would you like to be able to earn money with your recommendations?
We decided to give ourselves a chance, as we quickly understood that we had something unique and with lots of potential in our hands. Currently, we already work with people living in several countries, because, of course, something so good should be shared by the whole world.
Nowadays we don’t fear the future, when we think about it we feel a huge enthusiasm, we are looking forward to everything we will achieve and the life we will provide to those we love the most, because we are sure that the best is yet to come.
